“Villa Merkur” holiday home has total capacity of nine adults, with option to add two portable cots for children up to three years old.
Ground floor features spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and gallery with balcony extending from living area. Gallery has two sofas that can convert into beds for up to four additional guests. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds, one of which also includes extra single bed if needed, while other bedroom comes with balcony offering views of entire property.
Living room features wood-burning fireplace, TV, Bluetooth speakers, board games, books, comfortable seating and large dining table. Both living room and bedrooms have air conditioning for summer cooling or winter heating. House offers unlimited high-speed internet, insect screens, roller blinds, two fridges with freezers, hairdryer, ironing facilities, and washing machine with dryer. Fully equipped kitchen includes oven with induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, and all essential appliances.
Garage area is designed for recreation and relaxation, featuring game room with table tennis, darts, balls for various sports, archery and badminton equipment, and other board and sports games. At far end of garage, there is wine cellar with bar, bar stools and additional refrigerator.
